Janita Powell, Owner of Yanita’s Skyn Spa believes healthy skin is manageable for everyone. With home kits and an emphasis on age management and skin rejuvenation, keeping healthy skin just got a whole lot simpler.

I am a first-generation immigrant from Scandinavia —
specifically, the Faroe Islands — and I moved to America in 1997. I
raised my three sons and began working in the fashion industry
in 2002. After many years of moving from one place to another
and building other businesses, including real estate investments, I
wanted a lifestyle change. My sons were getting
older, so I did what I had wanted to do for years and went back to
school for esthetics. I moved to Marshfield in 2019 and began my
new adventure. I worked at a salon in Plymouth for a little while
until COVID-19 hit, and we had to close the salon. I decided to
go out independently and found the perfect spot in Brant Rock.
